People Staying At Hawaii Timeshare Rentals Have To Be Careful Of Skin Damage Because Of the Sun

Many people are so excited about their vacation to Hawaii they forget about one of the most important things to their health, wearing sunscreen. The sun is very strong in Hawaii and it is very likely that you will spend some time at the beach or a pool while you are on vacation, which is ample time for you to get sun damaged. This damage could cause serious effects on your skin as well as make you more likely to get skin cancer that could even cost you your life. Sun exposure can be very detrimental to your health, and if you don’t wear sun block you could be in serious trouble. People who are staying at Hawaii timeshare rentals or hotels while they are on vacation in Hawaii are more likely to get sun damage while they are on vacation.

The three most common types of skin cancer as a result of the sun are Basal cell carcinoma, Squamous cell carcinoma, and the most deadly Melanoma. All of these cancers can be very dangerous if not life threatening, so while you are staying at your Hawaii timeshare rentals it is very important to wear sunscreen even if you don’t normally burn. Here are some tips of keeping your skin sun free while you are on vacation. One of the biggest things that you can do to keep your skin safe is to avoid being in the sun during its strongest times, which is between 10 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. This is normally when most people want to go to the beach so it is very important that if you do go out in the sun during this time you should wear clothing to cover up or hold an umbrella over you in order to keep you safe from the sun. If this is impossible make sure to wear sunscreen and reapply it every three hours to keep your skin protected. Another way to keep your skin safe when you are taking a vacation at Hawaii timeshare rentals is to try to stay away from surfaces that can reflect the sun onto you like the sand, water, or any type of metal or reflective device.

One misconception that many people have about the sun when they are on vacation at Hawaii timeshare rentals is that if it is a cloudy day, they can’t get sun burnt. A lot of the time some of the worst sunburns occur when it is cloudy out because people feel like they don’t have to use sunscreen because they don’t see the sun. Just because you don’t get tan doesn’t mean that you skin is safe from the harmful rays of the sun.
